Review: 2010 Toyota 32-8FG25 Counterbalance Forklift
Toyota 32-8FG25 Counterbalance Forklift: The Introduction
So, I’m back with another forklift truck review, and this time, I will be featuring something from Toyota Material Handling. The model is the 32-8FG25 Counterbalance Forklift, which my team was able to test over the weekend.
Well, as we all know that Toyota Material Handling is one of the biggest names and one of the most reputable suppliers of forklift trucks here in the Australian market. They carry a strong reputation for high-performance and reliable industrial vehicles. In fact, all of their machines have been serviced, checked, and ready to work to ensure that they can meet the demands of your business. Now, without further ado, here’s my take on the 2010 version of their 32-8FG25 counterbalance forklift model. Let’s see whether it can live up to its brand promise and reputation.
Toyota 32-8FG25 Counterbalance Forklift: Key Features
The 32-8FG25 Counterbalance Forklift is under Toyota’s 8 Series, which consists of several models that integrate high technology, helping create a safe workplace. But that isn’t the only thing that’s good about it. Essentially, its outstanding comfort is a great advantage, too. This, along with the excellent “operability,” makes it one of the most driver-friendly forklift trucks that we have ever got our hands on.
Though all the models in the 8 Series are built to offer the same benefits, they still differ in some aspects. An example of this is the power. For the Toyota 32-8FG25, it incorporates a strong 4Y Gasoline Engine that not only delivers low noise levels, but also provides outstanding fuel economy with lesser maintenance. Not only that, it also makes use of Toyota’s own hydraulic lifters, which also help reduce repair tasks and lower engine vibration and noise.
Regardless of the fact that it’s quite an old model, the 2010 32-8FG25 is still a superb counterbalance forklift that you can count on. Upon testing it, it was able to lift our warehouse materials to up to 6000mm high. It was also able to travel fast, allowing us to finish various material handling tasks in a jiffy.
Though personally, what I really loved most about this 2.5 tonne truck is its three-stage mast. This comes with a side shift fork “positioner” and a deluxe pack that makes lifting much easier. Apart from that, the mast brings a wide-view design as well that provides an unparalleled view of the forks in any position.
Like what I’ve mentioned earlier, the Toyota’s 8 Series is well known for its outstanding comfort and operability. And the 32-8FG25 is no difference. To be exact, it has this spacious opening, wide step, and large assist grip that results in easy entry and exit. It also boasts its top-class stability that I truly love. Standard in it is the System of Active Stability, the Load Handling Control, and the Operator Presence Sensing.

Toyota 32-8FG25 Counterbalance Forklift: The Verdict
The 32-8FG25 Counterbalance Forklift just proves that Toyota Material Handling is one of the market’s biggest names when it comes to reliable forklift trucks. Personally, what I loved most about it is that it can deliver top-notch power regardless of its compact size. As what I’ve said, it can handle up to 2.5 tonnes of load and can lift them to up to 6000mm high. I liked its ergonomic construction, too, and its superb operator comfort. No doubt, this industrial vehicle deserves a place in your warehouse.
